Business Processing Executive

Job Role
  • Handle both inward and outward calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses to customer queries and requests
  • Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external customers to facilitate smooth business operations and enhance customer satisfaction levels
  • Provide crucial support to back-office operations, particularly in supply chain and sales team activities
  • Contribute to routine back-office tasks such as data entry, documentation, and administrative support as required

Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in the use of MS office package (Specially Microsoft Excel, Outlook) & willing to learn new information systems
  • Ability to work as a team player independently with minimum supervision and work under pressure
  • Strong ability to function well in a fast-paced pressurized working environment
  • Excellent communication skills and PR skills fluency in English language and Sinhala Language. (Tamil would be an added advantage)
  • Service oriented and problem solving skills
  • Completed G.C.E Advanced Level
