SALES MANAGER - SOLAR PV
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Generate sales for solar PV systems in the Commercial/Industrial sector
- Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning
- Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short-term and long-term sales goals
- Accurate forecast of annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
- Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
- Formulate sales policies, practices, and procedures
- Review the progress of sales
Required Skills and Competencies
- 1 year experience in solar PV industry & Commercial sector
- Professional qualification in Sales/marketing would be an added advantage
- Great industry awareness and product-specific knowledge
- Good Communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Target Driven and self-motivated individual
