Job Description
- The chosen candidate will be leading the business unit in Sri Lanka and will be directly reporting to the CEO of the local company
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales and revenue target. Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, key retail partners, distributors and other stakeholders to enhance sales
- Lead, motivate and develop the medical marketing team to achieve individual and collective targets and business objectives.
- Develop compelling marketing and branding strategies beyond typical medical promotional avenues and execute them effectively to enhance brand awareness
- Managing the entire supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination from sourcing products up to product availability across all distribution channels at the field level.
- Develop and manage budgets of the strategic business unit.
- Liaise and coordinate with the foreign principle for all business-related activities.

Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Sales/Marketing or professional qualification in SLIM/CIM. A MBA would be an added advantage.
- A thorough understanding of the business development role, coupled with technical proficiency in the relevant role.
- Experience in the infant nutraceuticals business in Sri Lanka.
- Proven industry experience of above 5 years and at least years in a managerial position.
- Excellent management, communication, negotiation, presentation skills with strong market acumen.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the target market.
