As a Network Provisioning Engineer at LocalCom, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of internal resources and external vendors for the efficient execution of network provisioning projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our services are deployed punctually, making sure budgeted costs are not exceeded while keeping in line with specified requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate and streamline Data/VoIP based solutions.
  • Timely delivery of services and meet project deadlines.
  • Engage and collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of orders.
  • Manage the procurement process and stock management.
  • Order progress monitoring and record keeping.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication.
  • Maintain regular and timely correspondence with both internal external parties.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges, escalating issues.
  • Uphold service standards and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to work on Australian working hours & willing to stay for at least 2 years with us.
  • PC/laptop and good/stable internet connection from SLTMOBITEL Fibre/4G is essential 
  • Demonstrated ownership and autonomy in managing tasks and projects.
  • Experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Strong organizational abilities, coupled with adept stakeholder management skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of client needs and service delivery.
  • Customer-centric approach with a keen focus on delivering exceptional service experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to convey information confidently and effectively.
  • Familiarity with the Telecommunications and/or Tech industry is advantageous.
