We are searching for a friendly, well-organized independent distributor to join our growing marketing team. The independent distributor's responsibilities include conducting product and market research, creating attractive product displays, hosting workshops, generating leads and building client networks, maintaining a positive brand image, training new representatives, and meeting monthly targets. You should be able to provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve complaints.

• To be successful as an independent distributor, you should be an active listener who can come up with innovative marketing ideas. Outstanding independent distributors are enthusiastic, resilient, and have excellent time management skills.
• Collecting, loading, and unloading goods, and transporting them to the desired location.
• Setting up attractive product displays and having positive engagements with clients.
• Conducting market research and attending events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Planning and organizing product launches that create excitement around the brand.
• Liaising with suppliers and maintaining stock levels.
• Inspecting all stock and reporting any problems promptly.
• Providing excellent customer service and following up with potential clients.
• Using social media in marketing campaigns.
• Educating and training new representatives.
• Scheduling meetings with suppliers and coming up with new marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Sinhala, and Tamil is essential. 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment and software.
• Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a similar or related field is preferred.
• Taking down meeting minutes is a key role.
• Freedom of work to travel and flexible working hours which may only arise occasionally.
• Should be able to work on Saturday (weekdays- 8.30 am to 5.30 pm & Saturdays- 9.00 am to 3.00 pm).
• Age is preferably below 35 years.
• Should have a pleasant personality.
• Immediate recruitment-minimum 2 weeks’ notice acceptable.
• The office is located in Colombo, and the candidate should be living approximately within a 20km radius.
