Qualifications Required:
- Give clear and accurate information based on the study abroad options, visa laws & fund.
- Must have excellent knowledge in current visa regulations & documentation.
- Experience in Student VISA's for Australia, UK, Canada, and the USA is compulsory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in student placement and Visa documentation.
- Must possess knowledge in On-Line submission of student visa application
- Guide students in identifying and building a career path.
- Communicate with students and collect their required documents for university applications.
- Review and verify if documents send by students are in the right order needed for application.
- Must have excellent communication, time management skills & possess good personality.
- Follow up with students via emails and phone calls.
- Must be willing to update the knowledge in visa regulation & requirement changes through research.
- Meet assigned targets & must have strict observance of all applicable deadlines.
- Maintain records of students' documentation.
- Update daily processing work activities.
