Junior Paraplanner

Key Responsibilities 
  • Assist in gathering and organizing client financial information, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
  • Analyse and review financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with Senior Paraplanners and Mortgage Brokers to prepare financial plans and mortgage proposals for clients.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive financial analyses to guide clients in making informed decisions.
  • Communicate with clients to collect necessary documentation and clarify any financial information.
  • Provide timely updates and responses to client inquiries under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Ensure all financial plans and proposals adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including maintaining client files, updating databases, and preparing reports.

Attributes and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field 
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates should be adaptable to UK Office hours: Monday to Friday, 2.30pm to 10.30pm in the winter and 1.30pm to 9.30pm in the summer (SL time).
