Junior Paraplanner

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and organizing client financial information, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Analyse and review financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with Senior Paraplanners and Mortgage Brokers to prepare financial plans and mortgage proposals for clients.
- Assist in developing comprehensive financial analyses to guide clients in making informed decisions.
- Communicate with clients to collect necessary documentation and clarify any financial information.
- Provide timely updates and responses to client inquiries under the guidance of senior team members.
- Ensure all financial plans and proposals adhere to regulatory standards.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including maintaining client files, updating databases, and preparing reports.
Attributes and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates should be adaptable to UK Office hours: Monday to Friday, 2.30pm to 10.30pm in the winter and 1.30pm to 9.30pm in the summer (SL time).
