ASSISTANT MANAGER - QUALITY ASSURANCE (CONTRACT MANUFACTURING)

The role holder will be responsible in maintaining existing quality management system while fostering continues improvements in each contract manufacturing site and will further engage in,
  • Evaluating daily production processes against product and process specifications
  • Ensure standards and quality management system is in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage contract manufacturing quality to improve the first time right quality of products.
  • Escalate relevant information to the management and corrective actions by adhering to an independent Quality Assurance function.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Possess a degree in Science (Biology/Chemistry/Food Science/Microbiology/Applied sciences)
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years overall experience in Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge in management systems.
  • Knowledge in Lean and Auditing practices will be a definite advantage
  • A people manager
  • A communicator
