Customer Relationship Officer
QuickHelp is a new-age start-up redefining services! We focus on bridging the gap between the average regular service provider and the modern consumer. We are a purpose driven company who has redefined services for our 11,000+ consumers and 50+ service providers since 2019, and are now looking for skilled team members to join our growing team of changemakers!
Job Profile
- Attend to enterprise customer inquiries coming through in-bound calls, social media messages, chatbots.
- Understand the requirements and place bookings on the QuickHelp platform.
- Coordinate with the operations team and service partners to ensure booking fulfillment.
- Conduct visits to Key Customers' premises for weekly supervision.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, service partners, operations team, and management.
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development to understand better ways to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Have a minimum 06 months experience in a similar role
- Be a self learner, and be a motivated individual willing to commit fully to the role
- Have sound knowledge in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Be willing to travel (within Colombo city limits)
- Have basic computer knowledge and basic proficiency in using internet tools (google sheets, email, other management tools)
Working time - 8.30am - 5pm (Monday to Friday), 8.30am - 2pm Saturday
Working style - Work from office
