Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics
- Oversee the booking process and ensure that all bookings are accurate and complete
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Agency Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
- Ability to motivate and manage a team Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and travel booking software (Amadeus)
- Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism or related field
