Job Description
- Develop and implement effective SEO content strategies that align with our company’s goals and target audience
- Research and produce high-quality, informative, and engaging content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, and other digital platforms
- Optimize existing content with effective SEO keywords and phrases to improve search engine rankings
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to create cohesive and innovative content campaigns
- Analyze content performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make data-driven improvements
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and SEO best practices to ensure content is compliant with search engine guidelines
Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 4 - 5 years experience in content creation with a focus on SEO
- Proven track record of improving search rankings and online visibility through content initiatives
- Proficient in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search engine algorithms, and ranking strategies
- Ability to create compelling narratives that engage different audiences and drive web traffic
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization strategies
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Benefits
- General Work Hours: 12.30PM to 9.30PM Sri Lanka Time – 45hrs/week.
- Remuneration: Gross Salary Up to LKR 200,000/-
- Location: Hybrid. 2 days work from Colombo 5 office and 3 days WFH – Sri Lanka
