Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Senior UI/UX Engineer who possesses a blend of creativity and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, delivering exceptional business-focused designs while effectively collaborating with development and marketing teams. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience and a strong ability to translate business needs into compelling design solutions.
Role Responsibilities
- Independent Project Management: Lead UI/UX projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with the expected business scope
- Innovative Design Development: Generate novel design ideas and concepts that align with business objectives
- Design Element Creation: Produce essential design elements for development and marketing purposes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand challenges and provide effective UI/UX solutions
- User Flow Design: Create intuitive and efficient user flows to enhance user experience
- Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from user testing and stakeholder reviews into design enhancements
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 4 – 5 years’ experience, preferably with exposure to app/web development environments.
- Portfolio of design projects
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
- Strong capability in design thinking and mindset, with an ability to approach problems creatively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with different teams and articulate design concepts
- Ability to understand complex business problems and provide effective UI/UX solutions
- Proven experience in working collaboratively with development and marketing teams

Benefits
- General Work Hours: 12.30PM to 9.30PM Sri Lanka Time – 45hrs/week.
- Remuneration: Gross Salary Up to LKR 300,000/-
- Location: Hybrid. 2 days work from Colombo 5 office and 3 days WFH – Sri Lanka
