Assistant Manager - Legal Officer
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated individual who can make a valuable contribution to the continued success of our organization. The ideal candidate must be a qualified & talented individual with a can- do attitude, having a sound understanding of the subject matter to make comprehensive decisions, and possess the determination to succeed in a challenging environment.
Job Profile
- Reviewing and drafting Corporate agreements. Eg- Agreements with Suppliers who provide services and goods to the Company and Business related agreements with other individuals and institutions (Does not include conveyancing and notarial deed work)
- Preparing legal letters and documents to be sent to external parties including state authorities and institutions
- Assist all divisions in legal processes and evaluate legal clearance on submitted projects/matters
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary; manage external legal relationships
Requirements
- Be an Attorney at Law with a Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in drafting, reviewing and providing advice on legal documentation
- Possess an excellent command of the English, strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy
