Customer Service Representative - Hindi Speaking | Rajagiriya

Salary: LKR 100,000 + Performance based incentives + Bonus

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10.00AM - 7.00PM)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize profitability
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates
  • Assist in the development of new strategies to increase customer loyalty

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Hindi is essential, as you will primarily interact with Hindi-speaking clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in BPO or sales is not required, but a plus
