We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer support.
The Customer Support Representative will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assist with product and service questions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful demeanor, and the ability to think on their feet to find solutions to customer issues.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months to 1-year work experience in a corporate body.
- Candidates from the Kandy district are a must.
- Should have a desktop or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Research and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide information on products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate team members.
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies.
