REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. Degree in Human Recourse Management or Chartered/Professional Qualification in Human Recourse Management from CIPM
- Minimum three years of experience in overall HR functions in the capacity of executive/senior executive
- Sound knowledge on Labour Laws will be a distinct advantage
- Competent in Microsoft Office Package and familiar with HRIS
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Written & Verbal)
- Excellent team player with positive attitude and can-do-mindset
- Self-motivated and energetic individual with sound leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Preferably a female candidate age below 35 years
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for talent sourcing and recruitment process
- Overlook and maintain the personnel files of employees with proper documentation
- Follow up on employee life cycle and ensure timely completion of relevant administrative tasks
- Monitor employee attendance and leave utilization
- Update employee master details in HRIS in an accurate manner
- Furnish necessary information for salary administration on monthly basis
- Completion of compliance related documents and face the audits
- Act as the first contact point of the HR team and attend to the inquires of Operational team
- Preparation of MIS reports and HR presentations under the guidance of Head of HR
