IT Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of IT processes.
The Job
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to achieve project goals.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and create comprehensive project closure reports.
The Person (Candidate should have)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
