Sales Executive
With a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Pierpont is currently seeking committed individuals to become members of our team. In order to oversee our sales operation, we require a conscientious sales executive. Are you prepared to join our team? We are in pursuit of your presence.
Key responsibilities;
- Builds business opportunities by identifying customer requirements, prospects, and their position in the industry.
- Visit the client-provided properties and categories of our prospects.
- Conducting status updates on the customer, as managed by the back office, and initiating communication with the customer as required.
- Sustain positive client and prospect relationships.
- Generate correspondence memoranda and emails on behalf of the client.
- Plan and coordinate the daily operations responsibilities.
Qualifications and Skills;
- Should pass GCE A/L or GCE O/L with credits in English.
- Experience in a similar field or good passion in the field of sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer work.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to priorities work.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- A motorcycle riding candidate will be given an added advantage, and males are preferred.
- Aged below 40 years and looking for a minimum of one or two years commitment.
