SENIOR EXECUTIVE - SHIFT OPERATIONS (DANKOTUWA)
The incumbent will closely work with Head of Manufacturing with a dotted line reporting to the Head of HR and will ensure the smooth operation of assigned projects, administrative work and health and safety during the day shift whilst also being responsible for the efficient management of the factory operations during the night shifts. Further the role will,
- Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure right first time (RFT) production to meet or exceed set quality goals.
- Responsible for achieving the financial outcomes of the assigned projects & operational cost within the budgets in each respective division during the shift.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree from a recognized University in Engineering / Chemistry / Operations Management.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in handling equivalent role.
- Previous exposure in FMCG industry will be advantageous.
- Ability to wok with a wide array of stakeholders.
