Job Profile:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the organization attracts top talent and maintains a diverse workforce.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, resolving employee issues and promoting positive relations.
- Oversee the performance evaluation process, providing guidance for professional development and employee growth.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career advancement.
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and documentation are in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Person Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- At least 5 - 8 years experience in human resources management, with a strong track record of successful employee relations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong commitment to ethical and responsible HR practices.
