We are seeking a talented Human Resources Partner to lead our HR department and champion our commitment to a supportive, inclusive, and productive workplace. This pivotal role plays a vital part in our mission to cultivate a motivated and engaged workforce.

Job Profile:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals. 
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the organization attracts top talent and maintains a diverse workforce.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, resolving employee issues and promoting positive relations.
  • Oversee the performance evaluation process, providing guidance for professional development and employee growth.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career advancement. 
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and documentation are in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

Person Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. HR certification is a plus. 
  • At least 5 - 8 years experience in human resources management, with a strong track record of successful employee relations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong commitment to ethical and responsible HR practices.
