ASSISTANT MANAGER - HR & ADMIN
JOB ROLE
- Develop and Implement the HR Strategies & Initiatives
- Develop and Sustain Talent Acquisition
- Conducting Orientation to New Hires
- Monitor and Coordinate Training and Development Activities
- Monitor and Manage Performance Appraisal
- Handle Payroll Function Inclusive of EPF/ETF
- Collect Data and Prepare HR related Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports
- General HR and Administrative Duties of the Organization
QUALIFICATION
- Degree, Diploma or Professional Qualification in HR / Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years Experience in a Similar Capacity
- Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English
- Good Interpersonal, Coaching and Negotiation Skills
- In Depth Knowledge on the Prevailing Labor Laws
