ASSISTANT MANAGER - HR & ADMIN

JOB ROLE
  • Develop and Implement the HR Strategies & Initiatives
  • Develop and Sustain Talent Acquisition
  • Conducting Orientation to New Hires
  • Monitor and Coordinate Training and Development Activities
  • Monitor and Manage Performance Appraisal
  • Handle Payroll Function Inclusive of EPF/ETF
  • Collect Data and Prepare HR related Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports
  • General HR and Administrative Duties of the Organization

QUALIFICATION
  • Degree, Diploma or Professional Qualification in HR / Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years Experience in a Similar Capacity
  • Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English
  • Good Interpersonal, Coaching and Negotiation Skills
  • In Depth Knowledge on the Prevailing Labor Laws
