Job Summary
  • As a Polymer Technologist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our polythene manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving innovation in line with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing polymer processing methods such as extrusion and molding, conducting material composition techniques, implementing quality control and testing procedures, and contributing to research and development efforts in polyethylene.

Job Profile
  • Utilize expertise in polymer chemistry to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product quality. 
  • Oversee polymer processing methods including extrusion and molding, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct material composition techniques and analyze results to inform material selection and product development.
  • Implement quality control and testing procedures to maintain product standards and compliance.
  • Drive research and development initiatives in polyethylene, exploring new technologies and innovations. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sustainability practices and promote environmental responsibility.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in polythene manufacturing.

Person Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 
  • Proven experience in polymer chemistry, processing methods, and material composition techniques. 
  • Strong knowledge of polymer additives, quality control procedures, and testing methodologies. 
  • Experience in polythene manufacturing, with a focus on optimization and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with recycling practices and sustainability initiatives in the polyethylene industry. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a strong commitment to teamwork. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
