Job Description
- Assist in conducting quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Participate in data collection and analysis processes to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement in quality control procedures.
- Contribute to the documentation of quality processes, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and maintenance, to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide support in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance your understanding of quality control procedures and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry quality standards.
Key Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with team members.
- Proactive and eager to take on responsibilities, with a willingness to learn and contribute.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic manufacturing setting.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles is a plus.
