About the role
- Execution of services to client across Master Data Management, Time & Attendance and Payroll.
- Effective management of compensation and benefits.
- Learning and adherence to Business Excellence methodology, preparation of all Business Excellence documents and ensuring all documents are updated in a timely manner to ensure stable process.
- Participating in process improvement, value creation and automation projects.
About you
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resource working experience in a reputed organization.
- Any professional qualifications related HR would be advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills is a must.
- Should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
