Senior Marketing Executive (Female)

The candidate profile
- Manage existing accounts and ensure that the company's products are prominently featured.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, with a particular emphasis on expanding our presence in department stores.
- Foster and cultivate strong relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and other key stakeholders in the department store sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Keep a pulse on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Liaise with the design and production teams to provide feedback from the market regarding product preferences, trends, and potential areas of improvement.
- Regularly report sales performance metrics, account growth, and market insights to senior management.
- Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments and messages.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies including blogs, videos and social media content.
- Maintain a positive brand reputation by managing public relations and responding to reviews and mentions.
Candidate should possess
- Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the apparel industry, with a focus on women's dresswear.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
