Key Purpose of Role:
As an Asst. Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of respective team leaders by ensuring optimum delivery on all agreed SLA’s.

- Experience managing health care processes
- Experience leading a team of processors/ executives/team leads with significant mentoring skills
- Exposure owing and delivering process performance on key SLA metrics
- Adaptable and flexible to meet business and operations requirements with strong negotiations skills
- Drive Compliance, Incident & change management to ensure no or minimal impact to business

- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in team management role within contact center environment with extensive understanding of call center operations, technologies, and processes.
- Preference of working knowledge about the US Health care domain, processes and procedures.
- Understanding of project management roles and responsibilities
- Commercially aware of process financials, customer centric individual
- Quick learner
