Human Resources Intern
Gamma Pizzakraft Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is the single franchisee for Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in Sri Lanka with a spread of over 100+ outlets and a human capital of over 2500+ individuals. In line with our upcoming expansions, we are in the lookout for passionate individuals to join the Human Resources Team.
Job Role
The candidate will be supporting the overall Human Resources agenda which involves recruiting and on boarding new employees, maintaining employee records and databases, managing HR-related paperwork, scheduling interviews and meetings, and assisting with various HR projects and employee engagement activities as needed.
Candidate Profile
- An undergraduate from a recognized university in the field of Human Resources Management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala.
- Enthusiastic, self-driven and possess the ability to perform under minimum supervision.
