We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding processes for clients across diverse service sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory standards in Company Secretary, Financial Services, HR Consultancy, and Research and Business Planning, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes for clients in diverse service sectors.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather required documentation and information.
- Ensure client documentation complies with regulatory standards in respective service areas.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase.
- Foster positive relationships through clear and timely communication.
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline the client onboarding process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Assist management as required in various tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.
- Engage in follow-ups with leads and convert them into clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of proven experience in client onboarding within a BPO or related industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in BPO or related industry.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should possess a go-getter attitude
