The SNAFU kitchen is one of many aspects of this project which is mainly directed at being a take out and food delivery business with a limited number of self service garden seating options. We are currently on the look out for Commis Chefs in order to expand our operations and opening hours. The job will consist of multiple kitchen preparation tasks and execution of final dishes. Cleaning of work area and other auxiliary task that aid in the keeping of order in the workspace and overall functionality are also expected.
On top of a basic salary, fees are paid on a shift basis.
The kitchen operations consist of 2 main shifts.
Shift 1 - 6 am to 3 pm and Shift 2 - 3 pm to midnight.
Some half shift options are also often available based on daily sales and need for prep.
