Personal Profile
- Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) with Credit passes for English and Mathematics
- A minimum of 01 year experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge on ERP will be an added advantage.
- Passionate about customer service.
- An energetic and motivated go-getter.
Job Profile
- Customer product inspection and creation of repair jobs.
- Resolving customer complaints, issuing replacements, refunds or trade in discounts as needed.
- Providing quotations, invoicing and follow up on shop and customer debtors.
- Contributing to the successful achievement of service center KPIs.
