Senior Executive - Human Resources

We seek a dynamic, result oriented individual to be recruited as Executive- Human Resources.
Job Profile
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including Training and Development, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, and HR compliance.
- Assist the AGM- HR in strategic planning, implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.
- Carry out strategic HR initiatives and special HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations.
- Partner with managers to support employee Training and Development initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve employee disciplinary related issues.
- Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with company goals and values.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Professional Qualification in HR is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
