Senior Executive - Human Resources

We seek a dynamic, result oriented individual to be recruited as Executive- Human Resources.

Job Profile
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including Training and Development, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, and HR compliance.
  • Assist the AGM- HR in strategic planning, implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.
  • Carry out strategic HR initiatives and special HR projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations.
  • Partner with managers to support employee Training and Development initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve employee disciplinary related issues.
  • Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with company goals and values.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Professional Qualification in HR is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
