Sales & Marketing Officer | Moratuwa
ACRI Apparels LLC specializes in crafting everyday women's clothing for prominent retail chains nationwide. We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team at our Moratuwa-based factory.
The ideal candidate will:
- Identify and seize new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding our presence in stores across the country.
- Cultivate strong relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and other key figures in the department store sector.
- Devise and execute effective sales strategies to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Stay on top of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to capitalize on opportunities and address challenges.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to relay market feedback on product preferences, trends, and potential enhancements.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance metrics, account growth, and market insights to senior management.
Candidates should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience (prior experience in the apparel industry, particularly in women's dress-wear, is advantageous).
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to travel as necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Access to a motorbike and a valid driver's license.
