Business Development Manager

A leading FMCG company is looking for Business Development Managers.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  • Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the team.
  • Present sales improvement to the management.
  • Monitoring the performance of the team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications
  • Should have experience in FMCG sales.
  • Should be able to achieve monthly targets.
  • Having valid driving license.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Develop sales network.
  • High level interpersonal skills.
  • Higher education qualifications in Sales will be an added advantage.
