Business Development Manager
A leading FMCG company is looking for Business Development Managers.
Responsibilities
- Managing and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the team.
- Present sales improvement to the management.
- Monitoring the performance of the team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Should have experience in FMCG sales.
- Should be able to achieve monthly targets.
- Having valid driving license.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Develop sales network.
- High level interpersonal skills.
- Higher education qualifications in Sales will be an added advantage.
