Job Description
- Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and execution of commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to foster business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to negotiate pricing terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Assess and manage commercial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges and maximize opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of commercial contracts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of commercial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, keeping abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. Additional certifications in Commercial Management or related disciplines are a plus.
- Proven experience in commercial management roles, with at least 3 to 4 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful business relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
