Project Manager - Wine and Beer Restaurant Operations at BIA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall project Implementation and Operational Management.
- Staff Training and Development.
- Regulatory Approvals and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration with Suppliers.
- Manage inventory & resources, including maintaining licenses & vendor contracts.
- Set business objectives to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction managing budgets.
- Set & enforce quality & safety controls.
- Plan & take part in promotional events
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage operational procedures.
- Knowledge of billing systems, inventory management, and quality control processes.
- Experience in obtaining and managing regulatory approvals.
- Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills with suppliers and government institutions.
- Familiarity with the wine and beer industry is a plus.
