Deputy Analyst - Compensation and Benefits (HRO)

Role outline
Ensuring seamless and noiseless business delivery in the capacity of Business Process Delivery Associate. Primary responsibility is to perform duties stipulated for the Compensation & Benefits Delivery Team of the relevant SBU's. Adhere to a performance driven culture, empowered with Business Excellence Methodologies and participate in innovation and collaboration. Building sustainable relationships with all internal & external customers to drive business outcomes. Aligning to Accenture core values, culture, policies and ethics.

Responsibilities
  • Effective management of compensation and benefits.
  • Payroll input preparation and report reconciliation and confirmation
  • Accountable for procedures regarding data protection, security and confidentiality of data, while ensuring client data protection and adherence to audits as well.
  • Administration of the offboarding clearance, Payment of Gratuity, ETF & EPF clearances and track discontinuation of salary and final clearances
  • On time delivery of required reconciliations, analysis, reports and letters
  • Timely completion of monthly Cost to Company report and share with the Team Lead
  • Preparation of salary letters, administering staff insurance, Indusions and deletions of staff, Compiling data at annual renewals and update Pay component SF system
  • Learning and adherence to Business Excellence methodology, preparation of all Business Excellence documents and ensuring all documents are updated in a timely manner to ensure stable process.
  • Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, updating documents in a timely manner and ensuring adherence to defined process.

About you
  • Diploma/Professional qualification in HR recognized institute/University.
  • Minimum 1 year in HR field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English, computer literacy, customer service orientation, and knowledge of Employment Law (preferable).
