Junior Executive HR (Pay-roll)

About the job role
  • Executions of services to client across Master Data Management, Time & Attendance and payroll.
  • Effective management of compensation and benefits 
  • Liaising with relevant SBU HR teams and inputs, issue resolution and execution of duties. 
  • Learning and adherence to Business Excellence methodology, preparation of a business excellence documents and ensuring all documents are updated in a timely manner to ensure stable process. 
  • Documentation of Standard Operating Procedure, Updating Documents in a timely manner and ensuring adherence to define process. 
  • Ensuring Client data protection and adherence to audits. 

About you
  • A Diploma or a Professional Qualification in HR 
  • Should have at least 1 years of experience in HR, Experience in payroll would be a definite advantage. 
  • Confidently and integrity.
  • Computer literacy 
  • Customer service orientation 
  • Communications in written and spoken English. 
  • Working under high pressure within minimum supervisor.
  • Good team Player.
