Requirements
- Hands-on experience in the same or similar capacity in the relevant field
- Experience in F&B management for a smooth operation
- Comply with food and beverage regulations
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Strong organization skills and the ability to multitask
- Flexibility and dependability to handle demanding workload
- The ability to speak all 3 languages is preferable - English / Sinhala / Tamil
