- Below 35 years of age
- Good communication skills; ability to communicate in Tamil is advantageous
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduates preferred with full or part qualification in CIMA/IBSL/ACCA or other relevant professional qualification.
- Experience of five years or more in branch operations in a reputed banking or non-banking finance institution.
