Assistant Manager - Human Resources

The primary purpose of this position is to create enduring value for our key stakeholders by collaborating and facilitating the execution of operational HR deliverables.

Job Profile
  • Drive an engaged working environment and enhance connectivity with all teams and management
  • Facilitate employee/ employer dialogue and ensure harmonious employee relations.
  • Work with the business executives of the designated organizational divisions to understand their HR requirements and offer HR support and problem-solving.
  • Work with teams and managers to implement effective HR strategies
  • Stay updated on the relevant employment rules and regulations to make sure that business policies and procedures continue to be compliant.

Personal Profile
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related Professional Qualification.
  • A minimum of 04 years of proven experience as a HR Business Partner.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  • Relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
