Shift Manager / Supervisor | Subway - Havelock
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure profitability of the restaurant by achieving the sales target set by Management
- Ensure the smooth flow of the entire operations on a daily basis
- Ensure all the staff adhere to Delifrance Kitchen's food quality standards and customer service standards
- Ensure the work safety, training and well-being of all staff in the restaurant
- Ensure the security of cash and company properties in the restaurant
- Ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in the restaurant
- Set timetable for the staff
- Assist supervisor in the daily operation of the service department
- Attend customer's complaints and requests when necessary
Requirements
- Age between 25-35 years.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Supervisor in an international coffee brand
- Profit and loss accountability
- Competent in the service flow and procedures
- Knows the restaurant concept
- Knows the various payment methods
- Knows the ongoing promotions
- Able to manage, supervise and coach all FOH staff
