Project coordinator for Signature kitchen furniture will not only enhance our project delivery capabilities but also ensure we continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and stakeholders.
Job Profile
- Overseeing and coordinating all phases of signature projects, ensuring alignment with design, MEP specifications, and other critical parameters.
- Managing the process from design sign-off to final inspection and handover, including MEP coordination drawing approvals and site condition assessments.
- Developing project timelines with Gantt charts, conducting joint inspections, overseeing commissioning and certification processes, and managing defect rectification.
- Leading final inspections and facilitating project handovers for payment processing.
- Administering defect liability management and retention claims to effectively close projects.
Personal Profile
- A National Diploma in Technology (NDT) or higher in a related field, coupled with hands-on project coordination experience.
- Expertise in production design, MEP coordination, and site inspections.
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
