Hotel Manager - Arugam Bay

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary manager to lead the charge in rejuvenating and enhancing every aspect of our property, ensuring that it continues to exceed the expectations of our esteemed guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the entire development process of the hotel from conception to completion.
- Lead and manage the construction team, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to bring our vision to life, ensuring that the hotel reflects our brand ethos and provides an exceptional guest experience.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
- Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local community stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and contribute to its success.
