Assistant Team Lead - Customer Service (Call Center)

Job Profile
- Work with the Customer Fulfillment team to ensure timely completion of bookings.
- Attend to customer inquiries coming through in-bound calls, social media messages, chatbots.
- Understand the requirements and place bookings on the QuickHelp platform.
- Coordinate with the operations team and service partners to ensure booking fulfillment.
- Make out-bound calls to customers, service partners, and any required party, for feedback, upselling and ad-hoc requirements, when required
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, service partners, operations team, and management
- Work closely with the team lead and the founders to understand better ways to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Have a minimum 01 year experience in a similar role
- Be a self learner, and be a motivated individual willing to commit fully to the role
- Have sound knowledge in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Be a patient listener while listening to understand and not listening to just reply
- Have good computer knowledge and good proficiency in using internet tools (google sheets, email, other management tools)
- Be career oriented and pursue growth
- Have your own laptop (added advantage - allowance will be provided)
Salary - 50,000 basic + OT and benefits.
Working time - 9 hours between 8.30am and 8.30pm (Monday to Friday), and 5.5 hours between 8.30am - 8.30pm (Saturday or Sunday - roster basis)
Working style - Work from office
