We are in search of a dedicated Executive - Quality Control to lead our quality assurance efforts. This pivotal role is essential to our mission of delivering superior paper products efficiently and sustainably.
Job Profile:
- Lead the development and implementation of quality control procedures, ensuring products meet or exceed company standards.
- Conduct rigorous inspections and tests on paper products, identifying and addressing any defects or non-conformities.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control processes, inspections, and findings.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure that quality control processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Person Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 - 4 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality control software and MS Office Suite.
- A commitment to ethical and sustainable quality control
