Onboarding Specialist

As an Onboarding specialist, you will be at the forefront of transforming organizational strategies into operational realities. Leveraging your expertise in Onboarding customers, various stakeholder management and system implementation, you will independently manage and execute complex projects and implementation initiatives that often involve multiple team members to deliver significant results to the team and function. Using your expert functional knowledge, conceptual thinking, and advanced analysis techniques, you solve highly complex and specialized problems. You take an active role in mentoring and coaching team members, encouraging and positively influencing team performance and individual development.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring successful onboarding of Cin7 customers across our products.
  • Be responsible for helping our organization deliver an amazing, easy, and exciting customer onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate with other global OB leaders and team members to own initiatives that improve our global methodology
  • Getting customer data from various initiatives, understanding opportunities for improvement and working alongside the Onboarding Manager to implement these tweaks in the process - locally and globally.
  • Standardize best practices for project management and best methods to assist employees.
  • Influence and assist with the process improvement to create an efficient Onboarding function that can scale as per business needs

Competencies & role/education requirements
  • Experience of onboarding customers with complex workflow requirements.
  • Track record of receiving continuously positive customer feedback.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills and strong ownership and proactive mindset
  • Self confident with skillful negotiating skills. 
  • The ability to build trusted customer relationships through reliable and authentic assistance.
  • Understanding of web development environments, sufficient to understand the implications of issues within web-based applications.
  • Willingness to learn sophisticated software.
