Our new restaurant venture is "CRYSTAL JADE” and this is Singapore restaurant chain, which is operating under Micheline Star grade in most of the countries it operates. We hoping to recruit talented, competent people for the below designation to CRYSTAL JADE.
Trainee Commi – Hot Kitchen
- Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
- Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef.
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that work stations are properly sanitized.
- Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef instructions.
Requirements
- Male or Female age between 18-30 years
- Education up to G.C.E O/L and above
- Minimum 1 years working experiences in Reputed Hotel or Restaurant
