Assistant Supply Chain Coordinator | Nawala
JOB PROFILE
- Should be passed GCE Ordinary Level / Advanced Level subjected to experience
- Attending to Materials Inspection & releasing from warehouse
- A team player with Excellent interpersonal & Communication skills
- Shall be responsible for coordinating with branches on materials requests and following up on goods deliveries and acceptance on time.
- Knowledge of assisting inventory and warehouse operation-related activities and maintaining records of the Supply Chain.
- Exposure to Internal Stock Checks from time to time is required.
- Be able to work under pressure at all times
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Applicant should be below 30 years of Age
- 1-2 years' experience in the Warehouse / Supply Chain environment is an advantage
- Ability to communicate in English/Sinhala & Tamil would be an advantage
- Hands on experience in ERP systems and support functions including procurement, warehouse and inventory areas is desirable
- Exposure to monitoring of supply chain activities and close coordination with internal stakeholders on goods distribution to multiple locations would be an advantage
