Restaurant Manager | Kotte
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and customer service, and be able to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Monitor and analyze sales and revenue data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Oversee the procurement of fresh, quality ingredients and manage inventory effectively
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional organizational expertise and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
