Restaurant Manager | Kotte 

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and customer service, and be able to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management 
  • Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared to the highest quality standards
  • Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales and revenue data to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Oversee the procurement of fresh, quality ingredients and manage inventory effectively
  • Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability

QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Exceptional organizational expertise and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
  • Degree and or professional qualification in hospitality management or a related field
