Required skills and responsibilities
- Communicate HR policies to employees.
- Conduct policy awareness sessions
- Implement organization development activities as per guidelines
- Implement Employee engagement activities as per guidelines
- Attrition control as per SLAS
- Effective communication skills
- Counseling and mentoring skills
- Problem solving skills and excellent computer literacy
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' working experience in handling employee engagement including handling disciplinary inquiries
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Degree or professional qualification in HRM
- Willingness to work at our Wattala office and travel to client premises
