Specialist / Senior Executive - Talent Management

Required skills and responsibilities
  • Communicate HR policies to employees. 
  • Conduct policy awareness sessions
  • Implement organization development activities as per guidelines
  • Implement Employee engagement activities as per guidelines
  • Attrition control as per SLAS
  • Effective communication skills
  • Counseling and mentoring skills 
  • Problem solving skills and excellent computer literacy

Experience and qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' working experience in handling employee engagement including handling disciplinary inquiries
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil would be an added advantage)
  • Degree or professional qualification in HRM
  • Willingness to work at our Wattala office and travel to client premises
